My 'New' LP 180 Quad Sync Manual Flash

This is my recent Professional Manual Flash purchase in a "very" long time.  To give you some idea how long it has been.  I plan for this unit to replace my aging  fleet of Vivitar 285 and 283 units.  The LP 180 is powered by the same AA batteries.  This unit also has a "High Voltage" behind a door.  

I am a BIG fan of the "strobist" know has David Hobby.  His Off-Camera Flash Blog has a very high number of followers. http://www.strobist.blogspot.com  His advise, tips, and trick have been useful to me over the last several years.

Last few Days In Jamaica

Planning to pack for the Montego Bay Airport 

This is our last days at a GREAT place. We have both enjoyed staying for the past 7 days at the Sandals Resort Grand Riveria Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.  The service is the BEST we have experienced.  The people are friendly, and courteous.  Even the maintenance person who tightened my tripod connection with a hex head driver apologized for have me wait.

Flying on Delta Airlines

With laughter, and joy we board the bus to the MBJ airport. It was a 2 hour bus ride in a luxury Toyota van called a "Commuter".  The Japanese sell these units direct from Yokohama to our vacation spot.  I even spotted a 2.8 L in-line 6cylinder Mitsubishi 4X4 there.

Arriving in Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. brought us back to reality.  We were on Fantasy Island. (Zee Plane, Zee Plane, Richardo Montelbon, saying, "...Rich Corrintheian Leather..." in your vehicle on Fantasy Island.

Did you notice the wedding chapel in the background ? (YES ! That is where the bride-groom gets sick and throws up before the wedding.  But guess who is right next door. The Nurse !
